Alicia joined The Conner Group as Executive Assistant to Anthony Conner in April 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in housing and redevelopment. Prior to her role at The Conner Group, Alicia spent several years as a stay-at-home mother, focusing on her son's early development while also engaging in consulting work with an emphasis on accounting. Alicia's career began in property management, where she gained substantial expertise in property oversight and tenant relations. She subsequently dedicated nearly a decade to housing and redevelopment, where she served as an Executive Assistant and played a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency. Outside of her professional life, Alicia is passionate about outdoor activities, including hiking, camping, and geocaching, which she enjoys with her son. She is also an avid reader and takes pride in maintaining a diverse collection of houseplants. Additionally, Alicia is a devoted pet owner with two cats, whom she has trained to perform tricks such as sitting and giving high fives.
