Katrina “Katie” Larrington

Katrina “Katie" Larrington joined The Conner Group in April 2024 as an Executive Assistant, working closely alongside John Conner to support both his work and the needs of clients. She plays a key role in helping prepare documents, coordinate meetings, organize client events, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Katie genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients of all ages and backgrounds and takes pride in helping them feel supported as they work toward their financial goals.

Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Katie brings a thoughtful, service-focused approach to everything she does. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater College, where she studied Interior Design, Photography, and Religion. Her professional background includes experience in publishing and in an optometry practice, where she developed a strong foundation in client service, insurance, management, and sales.

A longtime Roanoke resident, Katie appreciates everything the area has to offer. Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing with a good book by the water, spending time with her cat Marley, and visiting some of her favorite spots—from Smith Mountain Lake to Folly Beach—or catching a hockey game.
